Not able make it to Dragon Boat Training due to traffic Jam 22102008

That day raining (actually everyday also raining) and traffic also jam at industrial area on rush hour
I come out from home at 6.25pm and at 7.00pm, I still at Batu Maung, not even pass thru the first traffic light near Plexus seaside....
What time am i going to arrive training site? 8.00pm? Actually, I also come out late because of having Ping Pong match at WF.
But the traffic is crazy during rush hour. I decided to skipped that day training.
On Friday night during badminton session, I met apple. He told me Wednesday night training only 3 person....who are they???
4T......Teng Teng Teng Teng!!!
They are Hock Kooi, Ah Cheong and of course Apple. Then late a bit Kok Teik also coming.

Due to raining and traffic Jam, not much people come to play badminton. I was late too....!! :-(

Quah will not coming to training for next 2 training session.
He and Yoko will have wedding dinner on 15th November 2008 at Jade Palace. They told me that if his grandmother pass away on the same day of his wedding dinner, what he going to do?
cancel the dinner or proceed? if you were him, what you going to do? (tough situation.....)
Punishment of losing a Badminton Match 03102008

Before going for Badminton, I go to jogging up to War Museum and down to Taman Iping
then go home online while resting, I chat online with Weberlynn
She is asking for Dinner tomorrow after Sea Training at Golden Gate. Anyone, reading my blog may join (limited to PFSC members only) Let me know during training tomorrow.

We're betting before start the game like those who lost need to push-up 30 count, 50 count or sit-up. I lost twice and need to do 60 push up.
However, when i partner up with Jimmy WON Hock Lye and Ah Chuan with 15 vs 2 point. the betting is 50 count push-up and 50 count sit-up. While Hock Lye and Ah Chuan doing their punishment, Jimmy go to kacau-kacau them...!
Badminton really a good game and good exercise. It make me sweat until my whole pant wet. However, it could sprain your ankle as well as injure your shoulder if without proper warm up.
Later, Hock Lye request for re-match. we first start the match with 30 push-up bet. however, when it reach the point of 7 vs 7. they request to top up another 20 push-up. Hock Lye end up have to do the push-up. We won it with 15 vs 10 point.
Apple not coming to play as he work afternoon shift as well as Ah Hong. Later Kok Teik also come to play for 1 match.
Badminton at Permata Sport Center, Penang

After off work from WorldFish Center at 6.15pm, I go to play badminton at Permata Sport Center. Supposingly I plan to go gym workout first before going to play badminton. Who know off work late, so straight away go to play badminton.
The player have Ah Hun, Hock Lye, Ah Jin, Apple, Ivan, Cosmas, Khoo and so on which i don't know their name. We booked 2 court and only pay RM7 per person to Ivan as the fee.
Forget I play how many game but it sweat a lot (even can't hold the racket well with sweat on hand) and really tired

even they both took off the shirt, show the body and still loss to Ivan and Khoo, 15 mark and 10 mark.
After exercise especially when you sweat a lot, you have more appetit to eat. We went to near by kopitiam (coffee shop) to have dinner. Hock Lye ordered Dry maggi mee.
I don't want to eat that as my father occassionally with prepare for me as breakfast. I ordered Jawa Mee.
Due to hungry or the Jawa mee was so tempting and nice, I finish it before i be able to take a photo of it. I recommend this to any food lovers. The stall is at Tong Hai An Kopitiam at Paya Terubong.
With only Jawa Mee, it won't enough. I ordered another chee cheong porridge. This one also best. However, i don't very like internal organ of pig, i just eat only. Don't really get into details of the taste.
Apple ordered a set of rice with fish, egg and soup. While eating, we met Kok Teik and his wife come over to "ta pao" (take away) some food for their children. Later, Luke, Lisa and her daughter also having dinner here.
Chit Chat and planning to do what during Hari Raya Holiday. Got 2 days off + 1 day WorldFish center shutdown. Probably will go to Ipoh, the lost world of Tambun. Let See....!
