Penang Forward Sports Club

One of the training at Pulau Jerejak last year. It suppose to train for the Pesta Race that going to held at Queensbay Mall sea front but last minute change the race venue back to Teluk Bahand Dam. Anyway, it also a good experience for us to practise at Pulau Jerejak sea because we going to Paddle for Hope on this coming 18th July 2009. It going to happen at seafront of Queensbay Mall, Penang where 20-crews boat will paddle for 80km in 12 hrs to raise fund for charity. Check out more details at Penang Forward Official Website.

1st of May is Labour Day in Malaysia, which is public holiday. We went to clubbing at MOIS on Labour Day eve, supper at Line Clear Mamak Stall. After supper went to Paradise beach view star and planning to watch sun rise but didn’t do so. it very crazy already, shouldn’t spend the labour day like that. Go home and sleep from 7am till 2pm. Wake up see a few miss call and many sms:
“Nice Pose! ;) Saw your photo on the front cover of the Star Metro”
“Wa, u appear in today newspaper! ;-)”
“I think, you are getting famous in the Star newspaper today. Check out the front page of the Metro section in todays Star!”

It like suddenly famous. Go office, colleagues talk about. Go gym, gym instructor also mentioning……buey keow……wtf…!

Yeah~~ We’ll show the power of paddle on this 23rd and 24th May 2009 PIDBF Race. Come and support us at Teluk Bahang Dam. Look for Penang Forward Sport Club team. you can bring the newspaper to get autograph from the rowers…..wahahahaha!

Last few week after sea training at Teluk Bahang Dam, we went to Kim Gary Queensbay Mall to celebrate Carmen’s Birthday. Kim Gary members can get 50% discount on total bill when dine in during Birthday week, limited to 6 person only. that mean the 7 order is not entitled for the 50% discount.

I ordered a Korean Hot and Spicy noodle set with Kim Chee. It actually a maggie mee…..wtf! It cost RM14.90! My colleagues said i can cooked for you at RM5.00

It been quite some time didn’t blog d…..! you know, busy in training……actual fact is lazy to blog….haha.

We went to have lunch at Lam Chan Na after one of the training at Macallum street. The Duck Meat is very famous here.

the Char Siou also one of the can’t resist dish especially the part where burn until black black one…..that very good.

The Drink here also very tasty.

Clean and Clear, then ordered another quarter duck meat. The real recipe is the sauce. the sauce make the duck meat taste great

Inside kopitiam, the table is full. Penang really place with a lots of food that must try.
After the lunch, go home apply the pig philosophy. Live life to the fullest…..wahahaha!
